Return policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Once your order has been placed, any cancellations are subject to a handling, processing, handling and handling fee for unopened items of at least 15% (on unopened items) in using the same method used for the initial payment.
Shipping costs are always non-refundable. Important: All returns are carefully inspected once they arrive at the warehouse. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are administered based on the conditions stated above. All products must be in their original packaging and must not have been used, modified or installed. Please note that refunds are issued as follows: If the customer cancels the order and the product has already left our warehouse, the Customer is responsible for shipping charges for all items to and from Maestrale.ca in addition to the handling charges stated above. If the product is returned after being received by the customer, and the product is returned with opened boxes or the product shows signs of wear, Maestrale.ca has the sole discretion to determine the amount (if any) of any refund. This includes scratches or marks on the product (screws or screw hole areas), bent or cut wires, etc. Under these circumstances, if the refund amount is not acceptable to the buyer, the buyer has the option to pay shipping fees and have the item resent. We do not recommend returning the items to us used or damaged, as reimbursement will likely be refused. Maestrale.ca may, at its discretion, refuse to accept the return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If the product is returned with missing, damaged, dirty, bent, non-functional parts or if the item appears to have been installed, no refund will be honored. There are no returns on special order items. Any return of special order items will be at the sole discretion of Maestrale.ca, as these items cannot be returned to the supplier. After placing an order, the buyer can request to receive an email indicating the tracking number. All items are shipped free on board (FOB) to our warehouse, freight prepaid. The customer becomes the owner of the goods at the time of shipment.
Damage and problems. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it. As such, it is the customer's responsibility to personally inspect the equipment upon receipt.
We recommend opening all boxes upon arrival to inspect for shipping damage. If there is shipping damage to the equipment, please follow these guidelines: 1) For minor cosmetic damage, note the damage on the shipping invoice/packing slip and request a shipping claim form. damage to the carrier. However, minor defects and cosmetic damage that does not affect system operation or warranty are specifically excluded from any return or shipping insurance policy.2) In the rare event of major damage, please send a email to customer service; serviceclient@maestrale.ca and contact us immediately at (514-712-0622). You are not required to sign for any damaged freight from the shipper; however, any equipment you sign for becomes your property. If the customer refuses to sign for the equipment due to damage, Maestrale.ca will return the shipment and exchange it for new equipment upon return of the equipment. Signing for shipment indicates that you are receiving the equipment in good condition and free of any damage. Our customer support team will be happy to assist you and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
